CSM Machinery has designed this coil bender to combine the numerical control capabilities with software and tools to allow the user to form a large variety of circular elements.
Key features of the bending machine for coiled elements include:
- pass-through arbour to perform elements with a central long leg
- alignment of forming head in circular bending machine with element support in terms of height (small diameter or large diameter arbours are set electronically up or down so that it not necessary to manually adjust the element support)
- communication with remote system to exchange data and save or load work programs
- production of conical elements
- special bending (forming) machine for circular type heating elements.
